If you are thinking, "Hmm...wonder if I can put my cock in that to add a bit of girth?" the answer is, probably. The 1" wide x 5-1/2" long opening stretches to accommodate something as wide as a hand, although using it on something much bulkier than a slim phallus-shaped thing may cause it to tear.
