This sling functions by holding the wearer's legs aloft, usually in the missionary or "one person on their back" position, by tension from the nylon straps tugging on the ankle cuffs. If desired, the nylon can be adjusted mid play to assure for optimal comfort while strapped in. (One of our customers wants to make sure that we point out the adjustment straps on this model are by the pillow instead of my the ankles like the original model.
