Egg Weight Vaginal Exercisers
If some of the other PC exercisers out there are way too heavy for you
to start with, the Egg Weight Vaginal Exercisers may be
just the thing to get your Kegel exercise regime started! Designed to
help you gradually strengthen your pelvic floor muscles over time (the
included instructions say it'll take about 1-2 months), these
color-coded weights work progressively: start with inserting the
lightest weight and trying to hold it in for 15 minutes. If that's too

while climbing stairs). The weight of the eggs are 25g, 40g, 55g, 70g,
85g, and 95g and they come with detailed instructions. We will say that
we thought that even the heaviest of these weights is still
very light, so we only recommend these for folks who have very
weak pelvic floor muscles and are in need of of a gentle exercise regime
to help them regain strength and/ or bladder control.
