Chrome Egg
Smooth and cool, heavy and solid, this gorgeous metal egg, designed for
vaginal exercising, has a wonderfully sensual feel and heft to it. The

Egg Weight Vaginal Exercisers
If some of the other PC exercisers out there are way too heavy for you
to start with, the Egg Weight Vaginal Exercisers may be
just the thing to get your Kegel exercise regime started! Designed to
help you gradually strengthen your pelvic floor muscles over time (the
included instructions say it'll take about 1-2 months), these
color-coded weights work progressively: start with inserting the

we thought that even the heaviest of these weights is still

to help them regain strength and/ or bladder control.

The SexXcel is an FDA approved medical device to help with
pelvic floor strengthening and it's a Kegel exerciser unlike any other
that we carry. Full directions are included, but here's how it works, in
short: Insert the silicone bulb into the vagina; it's designed to only
slide in a short way so that it's properly positioned for real Kegel
exercises. Then squeeze the black rubber pump attached to the gauge
until you feel comfortable. Now do your Kegel exercises, squeezing
against the flexible neck of the vaginal bulb and watch the gauge jump,
showing the strength of your squeezes. If used properly and consistently
you should find that gradually your muscles are firmer and tighter,
requiring less pumping initially to feel full and also showing more of a
jump as your squeezes become stronger. Finally you can really tell how
your exercises are working to improve your muscle strength and control!
