The vibrator itself is waterproof, wireless, and very simple to use. The bottom bears a small black rubber button that can be pushed once to turn it on, pushed a second time to turn it off. The bullet is approximately 11/16" in diameter and about 2-1/4" long. It will fit into the vibrator holes in any of our toys that take a Micro-Mini Vibrator as well, providing vibrations without wires and making them usable in wet conditions too! Do note that this bullet is slightly larger than the normal bullets used in these toys; it will fit in fine (a little lube on the vibe before inserting makes it easier to get in and out). Note: The one drawback we see to this design is that you have to be careful about screwing the battery case closed. Our tester found the vibrations were easily felt when using it vaginally, and each time it switched on or adjusted modes it was like her partner sending a secret "I'm thinking of doing you" from across the room. What really excited her though, was how well it worked as an external vibrator. Held in place with panties and jeans, it nestled quite comfortably between her lips and against her clit, providing much more intensely enjoyable vibrations than when inserted. (Your experience may vary, of course; our tester freely admits she prefers external vibrations over internal ones if that's the only stimulation happening.) And it was perfectly comfortable to walk around and sit with the vibrator on or off nestled away, awaiting a signal from the controller. In jeans there was no noticeable bulge from the vibrator. Although the buzz could be heard through her clothes in the quiet of the house, the noise of the street or a party or club or regular restaurant music and/or chatter would drown out the hum. Just don't trust that you could get away using it unnoticed in a quiet location.

The vibrating unit is a general bullet shape with a round bottom and a tip that's tapered for easier insertion. It's just over 3" long and 1-3/8" wide at the widest point. Unscrew the hot pink body from the black base to insert 2 AA batteries (included). There's a 4-1/2" loop of wire sticking out the bottom of the unit that allows it to communicate with the controller even while the bullet is inserted, should you decide to slip it (the bullet, not the wire) inside yourself. The bullet part is made out of ABS plastic and is 100% waterproof.

The controller (which is not waterproof, by the way) is a separate 3-1/2" x 1-1/2" unit with an on/off button and +/- button to shift between the 10 different vibrating modes (low, medium, high, and 7 different patterns of ramping, roller coastering, and/or pulsing). It requires one 12 volt battery (which is included; replacements are commonly sold as photo batteries). There's also a little 1" screen that shows what mode it's on, although, frankly, displaying the mode isn't nearly as important to us as just showing that it's turned on, since it's really easy to accidentally drain the batteries on this thing even when it's not actually running the vibrating unit. For the sake of not wasting batteries, we recommend that you always remove the batteries from both the vibrator and the controller for storage. Nothing ruins plans for a fun night of remote vibrating like having to run to the drug store for batteries!

It comes with an instruction booklet, though we should note that the one we got is stapled together funny, and the English instructions continue on past the Espanol ones. Overall, one of the best remote controlled toys we've tested over the years.

The Hyper Bullet is about 2-1/4" long and 1" in diameter, is  made of hard turquoise plastic, and takes three AAA batteries (not included, but we do sell them). It has a separate wire-connected control with an LED display (you can actually watch the patterns of vibrations like a light show as they happen).

It has five different vibration modes: 1) a constant vibration, 2) an even pulse, 3) a super-great rev-up then fall pattern, 4) a patterned pulse, and 5) a crazy, chaotic all over the place like lightning mode. The patterns, combined with 10 levels of progressive speed, help this little bullet pack a pretty powerful punch.

Bullets can be a little slippery to deal with and a bit tricky to position correctly for clitoral play, but this reviewer was certainly willing and able to work around this limitation.

The Vibin' Miss Daisy runs on four cell batteries (included) which fit neatly within the back of the flower/ controller. The vibrations are satisfyingly strong and very high-pitched; combined with the tiny egg vibe, this is perfect for pinpoint sensations on the clit (for those of you who can take that kind of stimulation right there) or for internal vibrations. The cord is long, making it easy to control the vibrations almost no matter where you position the egg — inserted, the vibrator is nearly inaudible, which means this is a vibe you might be able to wear out to somewhat noisy places (just be sure to wear a long shirt to hide the cord coming out of your pants).
