Lights, Camera, Sex! Canyon, Christy Canyon Publishing Christy Canyon, 80s-90s porn superstar, now has a self-published autobiography about Her Time In Porn. It's a fun, breezy trip, and Ms Canyon comes across as someone who adapted very well to the very strange world of adult movies. It's not a whiny, "Oh, the things they did to me!" plea for sympathy: she takes responsibility for her decisions, good and bad, and does not play the victim card once. It's a great insight into the adult movie industry, the modern version of the Vaudeville circuit. Forgive, gentle reader, the typos and punctuation problems; like her porn career, she published this her way. Her stories of dealing with her porn career and her deep and honest loyalty to her family were heartwarming, in a very honest way. And it gave Chistophe a little fun shiver to listen to her describe how she was able to get the heads of Vivid, VCA and Caballero on the phone, one after another, when she was considering her return to porn.
